The box was installed in February of 2022. A male Bluebird began house hunting and went into our bird box for the first time on February 23rd, 2022. On March 1st, 2022, a female Bluebird entered the box for the first time!

First Egg Laid: March 31st, 2022 Second Egg Laid: April 1st, 2022 Third Egg Laid: April 2nd, 2022 Fourth Egg Laid: April 3rd, 2022 Three Eggs Hatched: April 16th, 2022 Fourth Egg Hatched: April 17th, 2022 Babies Fledged From Nest: May 2nd, 2022
SECOND CLUTCH:
First Egg Laid: May 19th, 2022 Second Egg Laid: May 20th, 2022 Third Egg Laid: May 21st, 2022 Fourth Egg Laid: May 22nd, 2022 Three of the eggs hatched on June 4th, 2022. The fourth egg never hatched. The babies fledged from the nest on June 20th, 2022.
First Egg Laid: July 5th, 2022 Second Egg Laid: July 6th, 2022 Third Egg Laid: July 7th, 2022 Fourth Egg Laid: July 8th, 2022
The first egg hatched on July 20th, 2022. A Cowbird went into the nest on July 7th, 2022 and was pecking at the 3 eggs laid (female laid fourth egg the next day). It is hard to tell if those 3 eggs are viable at this time.
